If you like rabbits with random crap on their heads.... you'll love this site!

Oolong is so calm and patient -- he never gets angry when I take pictures of him. When I put various objects on his head, he stays still for a minute. This is just a result of an intimate relationship between me and Oolong. The main theme of my site is not to show these 'headperformance' links, and it's not my hope to propagandize nothing but the strangeness of his headperformance over the world.

I hereby proclaim that all links posted here in the past and those posted in the future have already been or will be posted on [insert trendy site of the week]. All your links are stale people, let's be "cutting edge!"

I dunno dogmatic....I get the same creepy feeling from those dog pictures as from those Anne Gedes "let's dress a baby up as an aphid" pictures.

Whereas, putting a poptart on a bunny's head isn't creepy at all. Hilarious and perhaps karmically unwise, but not creepy.

I think it has something to do with anthropomorphising the subject, a concept that I think applies to babies as well because I think they are aliens until they get to 5 or so.

take us to your leader!

I see this, and rethink the wisdom of everytime I've ever told someone 'You need a hobby.'

You could have at least given credit to punkforum because at very least I know that's where you saw this page.

For gods sake people enough of the 'link validity posts' every frickin link i've clicked on recently is mired in comment after comment questioning the validity/relative merits of the link, if you've seen it somewhere else who cares ? If you have something you'd like to say about the content of the link great, otherwise shut the hell up... ARGRGRHHH!!!

Anyway, back to our regular schedule...

Rabbit with stuff on it's head, genius, I think it's time to head home put a banana on my dogs head and make me a million from X10 popups and porn ads...

There's nothing wrong with using a link from another site. There is something wrong with using a link from another site without saying you're using a link from another site.

Now let's drop it.

As bizarre as that statement is, K, it's entirely true.

If this isn't what the internet is all about, then I don't know what is...man, is this weird...but in the "gawd, I have to see every single picture of the rabbit that this guy has posted" type of weird.

Makes me feel...gosh, almost normal!

It was kind of half a joke, half a "you already created [er - extended the life of] a monster, don't bring the monster to mefi" response when I made the punkforum comment.

I'm just glad you're not bringin on the "post noodzzdssazzzzz".

Hey ignu - I gave my login away 6 mos ago, want to give me a new login? Just kidding.

So, anildash's and the resulting Metatalk conversation inspired me to email the Oolong's owner, to let him know how much we appreciate the little guy, and how we are considering making him our mascot. Here's his reply:

Hello,

Thank you for e-mailing.
I'm glad you like Oolong.
On your forum some people look like feeling just strange,
but I won't be making strange/joke page, it is clear to
every Japanese people. There is a wall of language
difference between you and me, it can't be helped.
