These New Bumper Stickerswill probably make you laugh out loud. I imagine that some of them would get your car keyed if you actually dared to put them on it. Then again, it would probably be worth getting your car keyed to see some people's reactions to these.

Seriously, these people are complete scumbags. This stuff looks like some cheeseball network television writer went to unamerican's site and rewrote a few stickers trying to make them even more "marketable." They barely even changed the format. Srini, don't take it lying down!
If you look at the rest of the web site, you can see all the other sites they try to bite off of - seanbaby, theonion, thespark... It's like a high school newspaper version of a real comedy web site.

I've been to "Unamerican" many times before and I think these i-mockery ones are just as funny. There's no difference in a "Fuck Work" or any of unamerican's other ones and the ones on i-mockery. There's no difference in the "maturity level" of either site. They're just both having fun by giving people something funny to laugh at. "KNEEL BEFORE ZOD" is my personal favorite as I am a huge fan of all things ZOD (from Superman 2).

And Unamerican is NOT the first place to make bumper stickers of that nature, people have been doing it forever. It's just cuz Unamerican is one of the most popular places that have humorous bumper stickers.

Furthermore, Srini ENCOURAGES people to make their own slogans as you can see in this quote from his site: "I basically keep a journal and write shit down whenever something comes up; anyone can play this game, now, too, because I'm starting to do custom stickers hell of cheap as well as my own designs! Yow!"

Evidence: 66% of your links are to I-mockery, and i-mockery hosts a King Missile fanpage. Anyway, if I'm wrong I beg pardon. Othwerwise, it's kind of lame to post 2 links to your own site (or a site you're affiliated with) on MetaFilter.

Cell Divide, nope I just started out here and i-mockery happens to be one of my favorite sites, so I don't mind showing my support for them here 'n there. And yes, I'm a HUGE fan of King Missile, one of the greatest bands of all time (infamous for their "Detachable Penis" song). I just wish they'd update that king missile site. It hasn't been updated in like 2 years! ARGH!

Anyway, half of the time when I come here to post a cool link that I've found on the web I see that someone has already beaten me to it actually. Are there any good resources for odd news bits that any of you can recommend? I really like it here and am enjoying my stay, so I might as well continue to do my part in contributing to the content on Metafilter.

Skallas, damn I never even noticed that and I was planning on ordering some stickers from them too! Thanks for letting me/us know!

King, you dont have an email address listed, so...I'd just say that there really isn't a need to feel obliged to post to MeFi, or search things out for it. When you find cool stuff, post it. There're 10k+ members, and if everyone posts every day...well, there'd be lots of posts.
Also, check out MetaTalk. It's a good place to start.

I still like the unamerican bumper sticker on the butt of my honda: GOD MASTERBATES.

I once returned to my parked car to find some people hovering over it muttering "That's just SICK!" As I unlocked my door to get in, I glanced at them and said "Well, how else do you explain Creation?" LOVE THAT!

I feel a bit ahead of the game here, as back in 1993 I clipped the unnecessary "mean", leaving only the more truthful "people suck" portion of that particular bumper sticker on my shiny red Geo.

Yes, whatever, you say to yourself, that was a real big war, grandpa.
I know my indie cred is worthless, but I love it so.

I don't even drive, but I've always wanted to have a bumper sticker that says "HONK IF YOU BELIEVE I'M JESUS". Possibly without the apostrophe.
