Did I just hallucinate that? It felt like I hallucinated that.

Before watching that, I could honestly say that I had not eaten magic mushrooms today. Now, I question that.

Smiling fish - until you run out of breath. I feel like I'm participating in Find Nemo or something.

If they were British this would totally fit into an episode of Look Around You.

The neat one is reaching center of your forehead with the tip of your tongue. A bit extreme but cool.

This was just a fabulous find, Defenestration. Honestly, the exercises felt great!

However, the downside is my children are going to have me committed. I will be in restraints but with perky cheeks.

I used to work for this lady who was constantly patting the bottom of her chin with the back of her hand in order to ward off jowliness.

Or demons. Or something. It certainly warded me off right quick.

My mother had a facial yoga book when I was a child. I thought it was the weirdest thing in the universe. I vaguely remember lion's breath being on the cover, but I have no idea what it was titled.

The host of this ... program looks exactly like my girlfriend. This freaked her out pretty good, thanks metafilter!

Why is the host wiggling back and forth like that? I'm afraid to watch the rest to find out.

I invented facial martial arts. Practitioners learn 100 facial expressions and how to counter them with other facial expressions. For example, recently someone walking past me displayed a nonchalant and I countered with curious. They retaliated with tepid and I with cheeky. They took two steps back and tried a quick one-two of irked and enraged whereupon I jabbed with a strong bamboozled.

I may not have won that fight, but I feel that my facial martial arts training prepares me for any encounter with a random stranger.

It's too bad that Jennifer Morris learned these techniques after that yogurt commercial. Maybe the seamstress would have understood if she stared at her with the smiling fish face.

If you smile too widely the ends of your lips will meet at the base of the skull and the top of your head will fall off.

So be careful.

From way back in the day, and from mefi user notmydesk (I think it's the same guy, anyway) his review of a book called "Facebuilding: The Daily 5-Minute Program for a Beautiful, Wrinkle-Free Face".
You have to admire someone who is unselfconscious enough to pose for those pictures or videos. God knows I couldn't do it, either for feeling stupid or for cracking the hell up.

At the very least, it can leave some nasty scars.
