I first heard Lee 'Scratch' Perry on one of the Dub Syndicate tracks, and later got into his music, especially his album "From my secret laboratory." I don't know if he's freestyling his lyrics but it sure sounds like it. If ODB were fixated on UFOs and Rastafarianism and smoked even more pot, it would sound not entirely unlike this (grooveshark link to "Secret laboratory")
