		<description>On the bailout, I&apos;m not terribly surprised, since this travesty has been in the works for a while now.

The anti-privacy thing seems like typical back-room deal-making. Maybe a little more brazen since we&apos;re not really paying attention.

I tried to find out how our representatives voted on these, but the CA Legislature site seems to be designed for obfuscation.</description>
