I did not expect to like those as much as I did. The ones with the models' hair blowing in the wind were especially cool.

On the one hand, very cool and gorgeous. On the other hand, it reminds me horribly of that bizarre decision that Lynn Johnston made with the online version of For Better or Worse which had the cartoon strip characters blinking.

I know that the creators seem to actually enjoy the limitations of animated gifs, but I really wish there was a better format for animated images on the web. Oh well.

Yeah, this pretty much counts as a double, I think. It's just a blog featuring stuff from From Me To You, which was linked on the front page about two weeks ago.

Oh, and if you like these, try the classic-film-inspired IF WE DON'T, REMEMBER ME, which was linked here last year, and which was mentioned in the "previously" of the earlier post. I kinda thought they were really neat.
