And what are you going to do with these domains if a war starts? the net will probably crash. the internet's for peaceful times :))

On the subject of shameless oppurtunism, I saw two women peddling T-shirts that had a graphic of the smoking towers and the logo "America Under Attack" on Broadway near Washington Square yesterday.

Martz, wasn't the Net built at least in part for military purposes?

I found one... 911disaster.com. Registered 9-11-2001.

The upside? 911disaster.biz and 911disaster.info are still available. I think I need a shower now.

skylar's right. the internet was built to survive a war. that's why it's not a centralized system. AOL, sadly, is f---ed.

Really. Because I'm sure no one here knows someone who works for AOL. Like the guy I'm seeing, for instance. That wouldn't even have been funny last Sunday.

Life is beautiful, and life is sacred.

This, from trioperative's MeFi profile. Perhaps that was just a lapse? A horrible, freakishly evil, lapse? I still don't believe someone could say that.

Getting back on topic, I quite like www.osamasucks.com - anyone else got crappy post-atrocity websites to share with us?

If the campaign continues to be dubbed "Operation Noble Eagle" then the hottest domains are already taken.
