awesome, thank you for the post. I'm just pulling up the office chair and the soon-to-be midnight oil to peruse these links. posted by lakersfan1222 at 7:39 PM on May 26, 2011

While we have his attention, could he tell us if Waimea is ever coming out of extended-hiatus-coma-state? Yes, somebody out there in Internetland was starting to like Uncle Matty & Saffron... posted by oneswellfoop at 8:26 PM on May 26, 2011

Thank you very much for the links, Lovecraft In Brooklyn. I hope everyone enjoys reading the comics a tenth as much as I enjoy making them with my friends.

Most likely not. I would love to bring them back as I had at least three story arcs planned, but the artist has moved on and he was the only person I'd want to work with for that. Oddly enough, though, I'm working with a Hawaiian native on a new project to debut late this summer/early fall. posted by beaucoupkevin at 8:47 PM on May 26, 2011 [1 favorite]

It reminds me a bit of Sin Titulo, done by an acquaintance of my husband and I's, Cameron Stewart. I'm enjoying this comic as well.
I came into this thread to ask about that other noir comic involving a mental ward. Thanks kitteh, I was worried I might have to head over to askme. posted by thsmchnekllsfascists at 9:07 AM on May 27, 2011
