Al Qaida Message Board

Al Qaida Message Board - Yahoo/Geocities pulled down the page hosted on their site, but Google has it cached. Among the still-working links are this message board on Boardhost, which includes such discussion topics as "How do you determine when muslim can use violance[sic] against innocent people".

A curious note, there have been no posts on the board (save for one grammatically-challenged American) since September 9th.

I wonder what the "Al Qaida screensaver" looked like?

Under a religous leadership, you get dispensations to do whatever leaders want to do. They give you a "pass" for any prohibitions. This seems to work just about in all religions.

Excellent link, tpoh. I wish more members took the time to root out a primary source of information instead of just linking to news services and propaganda sites.

The board is at the same time fascinating and disturbing. I can't help wondering, though, why dying of pleurisy makes one a martyr...

Kind of enjoying the new posts on the message board, though :0)

And why are they writing in english anyway? Wouldn't these guys feel more secure writing in Farsi or something?

An interesting post containing reason and even questioning whether the U.S. is such a big enemy.

Make sure to also read the stunningly unarguable reply...

Here we have all the forces for circumscribing civil liberties tossing out horror stories about 'terrorists' using encryption technology and anonymous remailers and such to plan their activities, yet all along they were just using a plain old open Yahoo! message board to communicate. ^_^

Does no one else see the significance of the I.P. addresses being listed with every post?!
