pepsi blue, but funny nonetheless.

No, whatever, I thought that was really quite charming and funny! I got a kick out of it and it's not like it's not useful (if probably widely-known) advice.

Well done. Though I think they fudge the good pic for the three zombies.

A commercial charming enough to trick me into watching the whole thing. Even worse, I enjoyed it and was glad I watched it. Damn you advertisers!!! Zippy, I'm with you on the three zombies fudging.

Ha. If only I'd known that, I wouldn't have had to pay someone else to take my profile photos for me!

But I still would have, because the rockstar photo shoot was fun!

That's generally how it works, right? I'm not aware of any other method?

Cute video. And, as someone who takes a lot of self-portaits, not bad tips. Sometimes you want it to look a little rough, though. Like this "selfie" of mine that's a semi-finalist in the Project Imagin8ion contest.

For the longest time I wondered what the weird shiny square next to my phone's camera lens was for. Then I realized it was a tiny mirror.

I actually remember a newspaper review of the first iPhone that put the fact that there wasn't that mirror as first point in the cons section.

Of all things, you think that is the death of civilization? I'd say Sarah Palin being news at all is a bit closer to that. Making it easier to frame shots when you are the only one? Not so much.

To me, this is advertising done right, doesn't mock anyone, especially the competition, shows some of the features of the camera, and is memorable and funny.

The first song in the video is Boaters with Blazers by Paul Mottram, and you might remember it from this Flash game.

It was driving me nuts, anyway. Maybe this will make you feel better.

I thought this was going to be serious, then thought it was a joke, then realized it is both.
