I must say, I'm interested in enrolling in Beef 101. I must say I'm disappointed my university never offered this course.

They've got Sausage School but no Intro to Scrapple? What kind of meat college is this?

Me, I'm going to Bovine Univeristy when I grow up.

I'm a student here at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and here, we too can major in "meat." You can also major in "poultry" if you don't do the red-meat thing. But my favorite department has to be "Dairy Sciences" where you can take "Dairy Science 305: Lactation." My roommate's favorite department here is "Soil Science." But go figure, I'm a political science major, and she majors in psych. Go figure.

I was gonna say "only at A&M..." but it looks like I'm wrong. ;)

hahahaha. Read it and weep. That's a link to my Masters in Soil Science.

Yep that's right, go ahead and ask me anything about soil texture, classification, solute movement, soil microbiology, or root fertility.

Wait, on second thought, 3 years of web work has rendered that part of my brain pretty much useless.

I went out on a date a few times with a guy who got his masters in soil science. My friends referred to him as "dirt man."

Dirt man? I'm more of an ass man myself.

Soil Science? Sounds like something out of "The Shawshank Redemption." Cool, though.
