You know, I've been lurking Metafilter for years, and only recently bit the five dollar bullet. The primary reason I keep coming back to the Blue is because of the clientele; I've enjoyed some incredibly passionate, intelligent, pertinent, and diversified discourse on this here web portal over the years. I have implored friends and family that if they only have ONE web forum at which to overcome their Luddite ways and join in the fray, it should be this one.
