Save the Psycho Ex Wife website?

Does an ex husband and his girlfriend have the "right" to blog about the ex wife? Interesting scenario...now the lawyers are involved...psycho ex wife's authors are claiming First Amendment violations. Should the judge have forced him to take down the site? You can help save it, if you'd like...

So long as he refrains from outright libel, I would tend to say he absolutely does have the right to blog about it. Once you get the "family" courts involved though, kiss any semblance of rights goodbye.

Yeah, correction accepted. But the framing of this post still leaves much to be desired. And I can't help but think that when it comes to the ex-husband and girlfriend going to court in order to keep online a website devoted to shaming and publicizing the ex-wife's bad behaviour-- well, a pox on both their houses.

Of course the family court doesn't care about his "rights" - they are supposed to protect the interests of the children. I obviously can't read the contents of the blog titled "Psycho Ex-Wife", but I can't imagine a situation where even the TITLE of that would benefit his kids.
