So one of the related videos was this, which is the same video except a few seconds longer. And in the beginning, the filmer says something in a language I don't recognize. Anybody have any idea what he says?

Watching the video whole is weird ... I like the idea that this guy was just out filming some pre-storm clouds and this (relatively clear) face happened to show up. I should use the camera on my phone more often.

Well, the youtube accounts says Grand Falls, New Brunswick, and the accent is definitely Acadian, but I'm having a hard time understanding beyond "Hey tu devrais..."
