Ready to go Gluten Free?

Like a lot of people, I've often thought about going gluten free. Even if you don't have celiac or a gluten intolerance, the health benefits can be noticeable. One of the key problems with going gluten free is finding practical advice. I came across this handy guide (for beginners) this weekend from someone who had a difficult time cutting out gluten and wants to make it easy for others.
