A Hermaphrodite Moose was just shot by a hunter. Hermaphrodite animal rights activists around the world feel its pain.

There are some that will complain that this isn't important enough for a front page post, but personally. I came into work in a miserable mood and this just made me want to go on with my day.

I think a sense of humour is all important in life.

I now need to start a ska band called "Hermaphrodite Moose".

Can't wait for the first round of Hermaphrodite Moose porn videos to make their way around the Web. If they can find another one, that is.

Hmm, I think I'll pass on that Hermaphrodite Moose porno myself, for some odd reason that kinda thing just doesn't seem to turn me on..

But hunters who shoot cows face steep fines.

I would dearly like to meet a person who would mistake a moose for a cow.. Then again, maybe not..

no, no, a female moose is called a cow... even more confusing, a male is called a bull.

Nah, I just think it would be funny. I have a disgusting sense of humor. I admit it.

You see? It's stuff like this that leads to hermaphorditic mooses running around. They're all confused, they don't know what they are. I put the blame solely on the ACLU and the pagans at Mooses for an American Way.

Since I'm a Hermaphrodite Polar Bear Activist, I was relatively unphased by this article. Adam, if any hermaphrodite polar bear pornos become available, my committee is going to hold you soley responsible! =)

A true hermaphrodite has both male and female organs. If this animal was, as the article indicates, a "female with antlers," I think it wasn't so much a hermaphrodite as a cross-dresser.

For a second there I thought you were talking about a hermaphroditic Moose member. Which I guess exists. Somewhere.

Does Jamie Lee Curtus know about this?

So is it hermaphroditic mooses or meese?

When we did frog dissection in 7th grade biology, I remember my lab partner and I being a little embarrassed as we called our teacher over to verify that indeed our frog had both male and female parts. I guess we got more of a lesson than was intended.

I'm just glad I posted this because now I get to see people talking about a Hermaphrodite Moose. That's just not something I get to see every day. Mission Accomplished.

Apparently the status of the Jamie Lee Curtis rumour is "undetermined".
