I absolutely love Brett Domino. Not just for the earnest nerdy awkwardness he brings to his videos (which I'm nearly sure is mostly an act), and not just for Steven Peavis, the greatest keyboard drummer of our generation, but also because he suckers you into thinking that he's doing a silly little video without much substance, immediately before blowing you away with a legitimately awesome keytar solo. Also, the Jurassic Park theme is one of the greatest pieces of music in film history, and Domino just improved on it. That's pretty awesome in itself.

I hope Jeff Goldblum is in the fourth one, too. He's cool, so he's good for my people. Jurassic Park 3 was shit. That's what happens when you don't have the J-Blu in your dinosaur movie. And Dr. Sattler is the only Laura Dern role I can stand. She's kind of intolerable in pretty much everything else I've seen her in. But she's pretty cool in Jurassic Park, and also kind of physically attractive. Physically. She's kind of old now, though. So I don't really care either way about the shorts. Goddamn, Jurassic Park is a rad movie. I don't know why I don't have it on DVD.
