My dad made banjos, amongst other things: stained glass, r/c airplanes, reproduction flintlocks, model trains, jewelry...

I did inherit the ADHD/love of learning, but absolutely none of his mechanical dexterity. I still miss him. We still have the first banjo he made. It still plays well.

Well, at least when someone other than me tries it.
