I'm speculating here, but what I think has happened is that somebody works at an assisted living center or some other kind of managed care living environment and has noticed that the rules for residents are draconian and incentivize misbehavior. This individual feels a gross injustice is being done, and imagines a scenario wherein the management of this facility have contracted with a "behavior analyst" to reduce the swearing and troublesome behaviors of the residents, in which the analyst gets to really tell off the staff. Once the scenario is imagined, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump to write a script, feed it into Xtranormal, and upload to youtube.
