I came for METANACHOS and ended up disappointed. Damn my eyes.

Thanks for sharing. This is exciting to me. I published some of Alessandro's art in Three-lobed Burning Eye magazine #8 in 2001 (http://www.3lobedmag.com/issue8) to see him creating on motion works.

It does crib quite heavily from the Brothers Quay playbook, and the danceability doesn't help (though I like the track) but it does have some seriously frightening things writhing around in it. The ferromagnetic fluids were nicely utilized.

Some of the music kind of sounded like Rez to me, and then that little mannikin torso popped up on those rails and it reminded me of the form that you would reach when you collected all the blue power-ups. The one where you float around while you're sitting lotus position on some inverted pyramid or something. Then I really wished I had all 8 missiles locked on so I could blow the crap out of all those abominable, jerky creatures.

Thanks for making that comment, clarknova. I probably would have missed watching this had you not mentioned how Tool-like the vid. Yeah, looks like Bavari should get in touch with the boys if he hasn't already. He really has the aesthetic down. Neat stuff.

Very nice! It's great to see something that is creepy mostly by virtue of being totally fucking surreal.
