Adam Carolla explains the OWS Generation (SLYT, NSFW for language) For Adam, it's about a generation flush with envy, resentment, and self-entitlement issues. Oh, and he compares OWS to terrorists. Face, meet palm.

This post was deleted for the following reason: We're a little full up on OWS single link posts. Maybe put this in an existing thread? -- jessamyn

There seems to be this sense of OWS has nothing to do "with us" among some people. Yesterday I met a bschool classmate on a business trip to Asia with a bunch of colleagues. Since I'd not met any American friends in some time, I brought up OWS out of curiousity and to get a sense of what was actually going on on the ground so to speak. He/they just brushed it off as "nothing to do with any of us". They're all middle management. I found it odd but this link seems to shed some light on this - perhaps mefites do consider OWS entirely differently from your regular average corporate drone.

I know Adam loves to troll, I don't know if that's what he's doing here.

But I refuse to respect any man who writes an entire chapter claiming that Almond Joy is superior to Mounds.

He starts off with an apocryphal and incoherent statistical figure and proceeds to ad-hominem and strawman attacks without ever addressing the substance of the OWS movement's complaints. He has no idea what's going on but he's sure it's utter foolishness. This is not such a great FPP, no offense weirdoactor.
