Not really related beyond the "long youtube video" connection, but I've been using hour-long (or so) clips of thunderstorms to fall asleep at night. Working well so far; not sure if I'll build up a tolerance or what have you.

The Seattle to San Francisco guy is remarkably good at keeping both hands on the wheel.
By about half-way through any trip, I'm slumped over driving with a thumb.
