Small Demons - a form of metafiction indexing

"Welcome to the Storyverse". Meta-indexing of metaverses. A way to tag everything that exists in the real world, mentioned in the fiction books you enjoy. The video on the Small Demons main page explains better than I can ever could and is only 1 min 49 seconds long.

"Suppose someone took every meaningful detail from all the books you love. Every song mentioned, every person, every food or place or movie title. And what if they did that for all the books everyone else loves, too. The ones you’ve never heard of. Suddenly you’ve got a whole world of seemingly random people, places and things, all gathered in one place."

Beta invites can be requested on their site right now. I am interested to see how this idea develops, and also how the creators intend to monetize it (assuming they do intend to monetize it).

I love books, I also love organising / indexing things that are important to me, but I am confused as to what niche this site fills.

This post was deleted for the following reason: Maybe try this again when it is out of Beta, or there is at least more than just sign-up page – and with less of a first-person editorial approach? -- taz

Should we really post stuff that are in invites-only beta? Not much to discuss, really.
