Jamie Oliver's US breakthrough moment? "Prime ground beef" containing ammonium-hydroxide treated slurry? Really? Despite his early TV persona as a bumptious "mockney" it is hard to fault Jamie Oliver's progress towards beatification in his campaigning for improved food standards in schools and for the poor.
