Has anyone checked out this y2karl's links posted and their descriptions? This dude's got some weird fawkin' synapse connections going on; could give the much beloved clavdivs/ newnameintown a run for his money....

What? This is a link to Luminarium, a nice site. A quirk of formatting made the link read oddly. Singling someone out like this is, well, kind of jerky. Be nice.

MeTa if you want to continue this discussion? Otherwise, Go, Lovely Rose.

He likes poetry. That's better than most people around here. But, yes, at whichever teat y2karl sucked his grammar, I'm certain he could have glanced to his left and seen clavdivs busily mouthing the other dug.

Apologia : I think psychedelic drugs are good. Psychedelic drugs + poetry = extra good. I wasn't taking the piss, I was grooooovin'. I don't think Hal was being nasty either. Synaptic misfires are not necessary a bad thing, and hell, we all love Clavdivs, no?

The best philosophical attitude to adopt towards the world is a union of the sarcasm of gaiety with the indulgence of contempt. Sébastien-Roch Nicolas De Chamfort

To balance out the poetry, how 'bout a little Francis Bacon? Absolute genius. Founded modern science, and a damned fine essayist, too. What is truth? said jesting Pilate, and would not stay for an answer.
