The other day, my mom called me and said, "My computer doesn't work at all anymore, could you please come over and take a look." (Yes, it's a statement, not a question.)
I called her up and asked what the problem was, and she said, "All the lights but one have gone out."
I asked if she had tried pressing the power button, and she said, "What's the power button...?"
Turns out, she was asking me to drive 45 minutes out of my way to turn on her computer for her, and SHE DIDN'T KNOW THAT A COMPUTER HAS A POWER BUTTON.
So now, after watching that video, I think I know how she feels about computers.

Seriously, what in god's name is this? Clarity is a fine gift, and not one worth the stint of compassion required to withhold it from your fellow humans. I didn't understand this when Burhanistan posted it in the meTa thread, and I don't understand it now.
