Odds are that you’ve been doing this for months, if not years,...

I'm so lucky to be working for someone moral or at least (still) regulated by someone moral. Or at least somewhere that has unions, even if I'm not in them. I work exactly 40 hours a week and not an second more. And we manage our workload and schedule so we never have a "crunch time".
