Criminals are a superstitious, cowardly lot. I must be a creature. I must be a creature of the night.

Why's it always the Joker? I would have paid big money to see the Batman kick Croc right in the nuggets!

This was awesome.

Pretty awesome. All the kids seemed to be having a lot of fun, though the photographers kinda take you out of the moment a little...

Also, it wasn't always the Joker! The Riddler doesn't seem to ever get the respect he deserves, I suppose...

On another note, removing the "cute as balls" from the url presents the same article, so I'm not sure why it is there. I don't personally find balls to be that cute, but if I did, I'm not sure I'd use that phrase to describe a kid dressed as Batman...

7yo me would TOTALLY have volunteered to contract leukemia, if this came with it.

47yo me would consider contracting a particularly nasty strain of E. coli, as long as it wasn't MRSI.

That's why 7yo me had more fun.

The most important thing in life is to be yourself.
Unless you can be Batman. Always be Batman.

Not sure why the post mentioned Romney getting elected and Obama "death panels". It seems even a feel good story needs snark to make it acceptable. I am happy for Kye and wish him a complete recovery, the HuffPo submitter not so much.

There is no recovery from being a HuffPo submitter.

He is vengeance. He is the night. He is 7 years old, and he is Batman.
