The Matta-Clark one is brilliant. It reminds me of a friend's biro drawings to show how alcohol molecules suffocate and strangle the flu particles. Higgs-Boozeons vs Fluine or something like that.

A very interesting idea, although I'd like to see a broader range of artists... its kinda heavy on the more modern end.

The Rothko one always give me chills considering he slit his wrists and I just thinking of that red blood flowing over the floor making another colour field.

There are several that are either unfinished (or seem commentaries on "unfinished-ness," for lack of a more elegant word), but Keith Haring's Unfinished Painting is going to stick with me for a while. It's impossible to separate 80s/90s NYC art from AIDS -- this torrent of color and creativity that just abruptly drops off into bare white canvas.

So much sadness here, especially with the artists who died from AIDS related causes. The Haring really gets me too. But you gotta love Beuys.
