Anyone notice how ever since the term "dominatrix" has come to popularity, "-atrix" has fallen out of favor for all other uses? Imagine saying "Systems Administratrix" or "Forklift Operatrix". It automatically sounds porny.

This is the perfect Monday nightmare soundtrack.

On a less creepy note, this is where I drop the Vijay Iyer Trio's cover of "Human Nature."

Excellent! Fits well with the Lustmord I was already listening to. Reminds me a bit of Tilt by Scott Walker. Did a quick search, and while it can be found on an out of print 12" for those seeking real credibility, it can also be found on a compilation from Mordant on iTunes, which is slightly easier for those of us seeking mere convenience.

If the CIA ever needs to make me run screaming out of a building again, they might consider this piece.

Reaching out
To touch a stranger
Electric eyes are everywhere
See that girl
She knows I'm watching
She likes the way I stare
They're watching you.
