Okay, some ideas -- maybe we don't want to spread so much.

TED Talk: Do the rich actually create jobs? Just kidding. While Venture Capitalist and 0.1%er Nick Hanauer did recently gave a TED talk advancing his argument that it's not the rich, but rather middle class consumers who are responsible for job creation. But unlike (previously FPP'd) talks about how to dry your hands with a single paper towel, or a spinning beachball dance - you won't find the lecture on TED's website. Apparently they thought the idea that Jobs aren't created by the wealthya bit too much for TED's target audience, and they won't be posting it online for the time being.

You forgot TED's response. I think the points made in that link are good, and framing it this way like Reddit and the rest have done seems a bit editorial.
