(PS wouldn't the idea of tiered consciousnesses with targeted advertising be the fault of business executives, not lawyers? Let's be honest, lawyers just vet and help to facilitate this stuff, they aren't thinking it up)

beaucoupkevin, I think this is a comment on how people blame lawyers for such absurd incidents as McDonalds being ordered to give a woman about $3M after she spilled their coffee on herself, and OJ Simpson being acquitted for murder.
