Searching for a better video card

Hi MeFites! I've just inherited a serviceable PC and I'd like to upgrade the video card for some lite gaming, but I'm having a bit of a time figuring out what will work. It's a Lenovo M57, has both a full length, low profile-height 32-bit PCI 2.3 (5v) and a half-length, low profile-height, PCI Express x16, but is sadly underpowered with a 280w power supply. Any suggestions for a low profile, low power consumption video card?

The first thing you need to do is check the color. It seems your blues are greens and vice versa.
