The Un-Fair Campaign is a Duluth, MN multimedia initiative against racism with an extremely unfortunate youtube PSA.

Why is it unfortunate?

It's unfortunate because obviously these people all drank too much and fell asleep at parties where overthinking people with Sharpies wrote all over their faces.

Goddamnit, I read 10 YouTube comments and now it's going to take 3 hours of watching CuteOverload to get the blood out of my eyes.

It's "unfortunate" because it's badly executed (it's really hard to read what's written on the people's faces) and even if it was well executed, I don't love the idea of a campaign against racism featuring only white people talking, even when they're talking about their privilege.
Better they should have spent the money on hiring Jay Smooth!

The video starts with a man responding to an unspoken challenge, "what do you mean we're lucky to be white", then proceeds to cut between various white people talking in matter-of-fact tones about how great it is to be white. They also have writing all over their faces. I thought its clumsy framing was notable enough for some gawking.
