snarky press release - media giant snipes in public who owns an idea, and how is it protected?
ABC aired their new competition series Glass House despite legal protests from CBS, who claimed the ABC show was based on, and included ideas created by their show Big Brother. what complicated the case was the fact that three top personnel, evidently, involved in the production of Glass House are former Big Brother personnel.
