Portacabin slum camp for Olympic cleaners While athletes recline in luxurious accommodation in the Olympic Village, the Daily Mail reports that cleaning stuff will be housed in a second, hidden village: a portacabin slum with leaking roofs, ten people to a room, 25 people for each toilet and 75 people for each shower. The facilities have been described by environmental health officers as ‘unlikely to be adequate’.
