Apathy (which redirects), and Salon which though it ain't a weblog (i.e. "blog") does contain Ms Paglia's slef-parody.April Fool's Day is like Christmas on the Internet. Even more accurately a combination of Christmas and Easter. From the child's point of view, that is -- what would the theological implications of this be?

And the only openly wet blanket is, surprisingly, The Kottke, who is quoted "To all those who decided not to pull an April Fools joke today: thank you."
Of course, there was also that unknown individual who sent posted by wendell at 4:08 PM on April 1, 2000

TAKE TWO: And the only openly wet blanket is, surprisingly, The Kottke, who is quoted "To all those who decided not to pull an April Fools joke today: thank you."
Of course, there was also that unknown individual who sent >The Bloated Sally a snarky e-mail that she posted (and boy did she get it all wrong in her response). I don't recognize the e-mailer's name, but, hmmmm... his initials are J.K.
