Well, I guess it's like dog sledding. Except with more friction. And no actual reason for doing it.

It looks like the driver is pedaling and the dogs are just tagging along. But we'll have to wait a bit to find out for sure because Liveleak doesn't cite sources :-(

Yeah, it looks to be some kind of mass dog walking device. The dog's aren't pulling it, look at the leashes. The person is pedaling and steering it, the dogs are just walking along.

I saw the FPP and thought "Cool! Voltron!" Then I realized it would be Vehicle Voltron so I was all like "eh" but them I saw it was a dog-walking machine and I was "cool!" again.

Pulling it or not, I am very much against anything that would make my little guy think it okay to walk on the road alongside big dangerous cars.

Despite it having posted 2 days ago take a closer look at the video and you'll see it was taken in autumn though. So not as bad if they were hauling the cart around in high summer.

It seems cruel for a dog walking device. The driver is up front, so cannot see the dogs. What if one got tangled, or an injury? What if one has to poo?? This looks like a forced march. :(
