NAFTA and it's implications - when do you think there would be worldwide free trae?

NAFTA has been around for a while and for some reason, I decided to head over to Wikipedia and read more on it. Upon more Googling I found that infographic. It made me think of the economic situation in Europe and the possibilities of having a Global Free Trade zone. Do any of you think, through trade policy might be able to help the situation in Europe?
