Parking on a cop car, or six

What's an angry young man with a grudge against the cops to do? Well, one thing would be to borrow Dad's eight-wheeled tractor take it down to the parking lot where all the police cruisers are lined up, and then carefully move the only civilian car out of the line before rolling over all the others and driving away from the wreckage. Note that the cops inside noticed nothing. It was a colleague who saw the tractor in the street and pulled him over.
Roger Pion, a man who takes seriously that line about "Don't tread on me". Pion is facing 13 charges including several counts of unlawful mischief, aggravated assault with a weapon, reckless operation of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a crash, impeding a public officer, and committing a crime with a weapon. I really like "leaving the scene of a crash".
