204 Nations, 204 Photographers, 204 Londoners - The World In London
I can't find the quote, but I remember Christopher Hitchens once comparing London to the Mos Eisley cantina. I think he meant it pejoratively but I consider it a compliment.

I don't know about others, but I've found the website nigh unusable. Absolutely no way I could scroll to the sides in Opera / win 7.

204 Nations, 204 Photographers, 204 Londoners - 1 crap website to ruin a great idea.

This site is virtually unusable on my iPad. I hope it's better on a 24" computer monitor.

Great project.
If it helps anyone, the website is much easier to navigate from the 204 Nations / Photographers / Londoners tabs than from the home page.

Very cool. I also had a hard time navigating it from the home page but it's much easier to maneuver from the tabs that Ziggy500 points out. I particularly enjoy the photos that have accompanying audio or video - love hearing the mix of accents!
Living in a foreign city myself at the moment, the last few days I have felt particularly like an outsider - but this fascinating post lifted my spirits. Thanks a lot for posting, fearfulsymmetry!

Otherwise, interesting stuff. You forget how mixed some parts of England are when you're out in the sticks.
