I like to learn something new every day. Today I learned that I can tolerate show tunes sung in Klingon for 3.5 seconds.

I wish to marry Ms Bloom.

Or at least have a torrid week away somewhere.
Perhaps the Star Trek casino in Vegas.

And people ragged on her for her lack of "geek cred".

That is a joke. I get it.

I thought it was great, it totally made me laugh. It only would have been improved if she had made it sound a little more violent and guttural... and been wearing a Klingon uniform and makeup.

If it was in accurate costume, I wonder what the Klingon equivalent of 90s bohemian vagabond is. And now I'm wondering about the kinds of political conditions on the Klingon homeworld that would lead to the creation of such a group of people.

and no the goddamn augment virus that makes klingons look like they do in TOS is NOT an acceptable parallel to AIDS

I'm not particularly interested in showtunes or sci-fi, but this cracked me up.

She brings much honor to her profession and her family line. Qapla, Ms. Bloom!
