Already deleted at least once for outrage-filter.

In all fairness it is astoundingly outrageous.

Perhaps it will remain up if we are more saddened than outraged. That is always the worst. "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed" as I shake my head and slowly look away.

It still surprises me that guy who says abhorrent thing gets three paragraphs for his non sequitur statement, and opponent gets all of, what, two sentences?

"Politician says appalling thing" tends towards outragefilter more than discussion-fodder.

Plenty of discussion going on there. Outraged discussion, for sure, but still legitimate discussion.

I'm more saddened than outraged. I couldn't even editorialize, which i tend to do very much.

This is, BTW, less of a non sequitur statement and more of an accidental statemnet of actual GOP policy,. This is something that they've been pushing led by no less than the current Vice Presidential candidate.

Yes, the last one from a bit over an hour ago was deleted for the following reason:
"Politician says appalling thing" tends towards outragefilter more than discussion-fodder.
Though I do agree with Artw, there was some decent outraged discussion happening, but it might have leaned farther to outrage than not.

So what you're saying is that this is not a neat thing that you found on the internet
