If you follow av123's link to the Official HD version, that's where there are instructions how to get the song if you're not in NZ. First make a donation straight to CureKidsNZ. Then you can download the song from their official Dropbox account. It was a lot easier to do that than trying to buy it from the non-NZ sources, since you didn't have to mess with creating an account. Also, you can be sure that your entire donation goes to the right place. (Note, song download only in .m4a format. Can be imported into iTunes, but may have to be converted before use in other programs.)
