I wonder how long the frog would keep playing, before it figured out that it kept somehow not getting food in its mouth. Or does this work like cats and a laser pointer, where repeated failure just makes them all the more determined (and frustrated)?

I paid a lot of money for some iPad apps for cats, games where your cat can chase and tap and watch things like bugs and butterflies and toy mice.
This naturally guaranteed that my cats have less than zero interest in these games. That's right: negative interest.
