In a possible violation of the first amendment filmmaker questioned by LA county Sheriff's office

Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit calls for Obama's resignation . Ann Althouse weighs in. Sheriff's office says it is a voluntary questioning about a parole violation about using the computer to upload the video, not about the video itself. Obama's opponents claim it is about harassing a man who has 'embarrassed' the administration.

Um, it seem pretty straightforward that if a person who isn't supposed to be using the internet is responsible for an internet video that causes an international furor, his probation officer miiiiight notice and want to have a chat.
