It appears from this clip that he died from a gunshot wound to the palm. Which is a hell of a way to go.

On further watching of AAAAAAAA, he was shot more than just the palm. Also he appeared to die from ketchup packets exploding on his back.

When I watched this the first time I laughed hysterically. On a second watching, it gave me an odd sense of dread, it was very unexpected. The horrible expressions on their faces, the strange, slow, sense of movement, the odd sounds, the lingering eye contact at the end- it is actually something out of a nightmare. There is a very haunting quality to it, a sort of thing that isn't openly scary but instead leaves one with that dull sense of some inevitable horror.

If you've been shot four times, and you're gonna die, there's really no sense in looking to make sure that you're falling on the bed, it's just wasted energy.

There's no sense in not looking. Have you got anything better to do? I'm personally not interested in spending my final moments on Earth doing a faceplant.

That was awesome. I love how the woman timidly shoots while making a sort of pushing motion

I love how the music stops every time she shoots, like it's a game of musical guns.

Welcome to 70s/80s Turkish cinema, I hope you enjoy your stay

That's the exact same scream dubbed over and over again 5 times, right?

Sounds like at least three of them are identical. Also, another amazing Old Turkish Cinema Thing is that the editor(s) would splice any non-dialogue sound effects into the audio track IN PLACE OF the music. So in this and various other movies, when you hear a punch or a gunshot, you will notice (or, at least you will from now on) that the music cuts out when a sound effect plays. (Not the scream, though, since it's "dialogue"). It's particularly hilarious in Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam (a.k.a. "Turkish Star Wars") when it happens during a fight scene, and each punch / kick / explosion cuts off the previous one as well as the music track.

Anyway, new ringtone for sure.

Continuity error: first he has gun, then he falls on the bed. She shoots, he is shot -- standing, with a gun in his hand. Sloppy editing?
