The last use of the saakashvili tag

I don't know much (anything?) about Georgian government, but the NYT and Wikipedia both seem to suggest that Saakashvili will remain in office. He wasn't defeated as President; his party was defeated in the legislature. Saakashvili's term expires in 2013.
