Homeopathy on the Scottish NHS? (SLBBC)

Should the NHS pay for homeopathy? The obvious thing to do is give patients an empty envelope containing the stern warning that the enclosed payment becomes invalid if the envelope is opened, that or randomly pay a millionth of a penny per patient.
