That is fascinating. But does seem to prove that the wealthy and famous don't know good food. I mean, I like broccoli, tofu, and bok choy as much the next person, but I guess since I am not a fashion model and can't shell out 60 euros for the pleasure, this is just odd to me.

They never even saw a menu. The people Dave catered to don't care about good food when they go there. They may care about good food when they show up at actual ritzy restaurants, who's to say? They may be the most discerning gastronomists to've ever worn only feathers and diamonds, but when they go to Dave they aren't going for the food. If you don't grok that, I don't blame you, but don't conflate that misunderstanding with a lack of appreciation for good food.
